Terms of Service

These Terms govern your access to, usage of all content, Product and Services available at wealthfuel.com website (the “Service”) operated by God Powered LLC (“us”, “we”, or “our”).

Your access to our services are subject to your acceptance, without modification, of all of the terms and conditions contained herein and all other operating rules and policies published and that may be published from time to time by us.

Please read the Agreement carefully before accessing or using our Services. By accessing or using any part of our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to any part of the terms of the Agreement, then you may not access or use our Services.

Intellectual Property

The Agreement does not transfer from Us to you any of Ours or third party intellectual property, and all right, title, and interest in and to such property will remain (as between the parties) solely with God Powered LLC and its licensors. All Intellectual Property of any kind  from this member site “WealthFuel” is owned exclusively by God Powered LLC and you cannot copy, replicate, duplicate, share, or train or teach this information in any other format, platform, member site, website, class, or team without the express written consent of God Powered LLC. US Federal Law prohibits Intellectual Property Theft.

Third Party Services

In using the Services, you may NOT use third-party services, products, software, embeds, or applications developed by a third party (“Third Party Services”).

It is prohibited by God Powered LLC.

You acknowledge and agree that We shall not be responsible or liable for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with the use of any such prohibited content, goods or services available on or through any such web sites or services.

Accounts

Where use of any part of our Services requires an account, you agree to provide us with complete and accurate information when you register for an account.

You will be solely responsible and liable for any activity that occurs under your account. You are responsible for keeping your account information up-to-date and for keeping your password secure. You may NOT share your information with anyone or let anyone use it.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account that you use to access the Service. You shall not share or misuse your access credentials. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized uses of your account or upon becoming aware of any other breach of security.

We are not responsible for your account information in any way -online or offline- as it belongs to you and you only. We shall never share your information with anyone for any reason as that is against the laws of the United States.

Termination, Cancellations & Refunds

We may terminate or suspend your access to all or any part of our WealthFuel Member Site at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice, effective immediately.

We offer a 30 day money back guarantee should you be unhappy with the Service in your first month of membership. To request a refund under the guarantee please contact us via the support tab on our website and mention it in the comments, or email support@wealthfuel.com.

You may cancel your monthly subscription at any time via our support page, but due to the nature of the Service no refunds will be made for any membership fees already paid, excluding the 30 day money back guarantee as stated above.

Once you cancel you will no longer have access to the Service, including all content and community resources, once your current membership period is completed.

The 30 day refund period only applies to your first subscription and cannot be used more than once.

No partial refunds are given should you terminate an annual subscription before your renewal date, however you will retain access to the Service until the end of your annual payment term.

It is entirely your responsibility to ensure that you cancel your account in good time should you no longer require the Service and do not wish to be billed further.

If you wish to terminate the Agreement or your wealthfuel.com account, you may simply contact us with at least 24 hours in advance of your subscription renewal date via our support page here, select ‘cancel membership’ in the dropdown and submit your request and discontinue using our training resource WealthFuel, or you may email us with your cancellation request at support@wealthfuel.com.

All provisions of the Agreement which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

Disclaimer

Our Services are provided “AS IS.” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis. God Powered LLC and its suppliers and licensors hereby disclaim all warranties of any kind, express or implied, including, without limitation, the warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. Neither God Powered LLC, nor its suppliers and licensors, makes any warranty that our Services will be error free or that access thereto will be continuous or uninterrupted. You understand that you download from, or otherwise obtain content or services through, our Services at your own discretion and risk.

WealthFuel does not guarantee nor promise any Success or Results of any kind or type from any of our training in WealthFuel Member site. WealthFuel is an Education site for learning only and does not promote nor promise anyone that their income will go up nor their results increase. ALL Results and Success will be contingent SOLELY upon YOUR own efforts in the marketplace before or after joining WealthFuel.

WealthFuel is not responsible in any way whatsoever for anyone’s business Success of any kind – as that is SOLELY the responsibility of the user of WealthFuel and their efforts to make that happen.

Jurisdiction and Applicable Law

Except to the extent any applicable law provides otherwise, the Agreement and any access to or use of our Services will be governed by the laws of US.

Any controversy or claim arising out of or relating to this contract, or the breach thereof, shall be settled by arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association in accordance with its Commercial [or other] Arbitration Rules, and judgment on the award rendered by the arbitrator(s) may be entered in any court having jurisdiction thereof in the state of Florida.

The proper venue for any disputes arising out of or relating to the Agreement and any access to or use of our Services will be the site appointed by the arbitrator.

Changes

God Powered LLC reserves the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time.

If we make changes that are material, we will let you know by posting on our website, or by sending you an email or other communication before the changes take effect. The notice will designate a reasonable period of time after which the new terms will take effect.

If you disagree with our changes, then you should stop using our Services within the designated notice period, or once the changes become effective.

Your continued use of our Services will be subject to the new terms.
